Thanks for suggestion and permission to re-post your code/creations. I
have much respect for your contributions to the scene and will try to
link to your site in the future. Glad to see herm1t gave several new
contributors some site space for their stuff. I know your in good hands
here and your space for codes is well deserved as are some others. I
look forward to see more good stuff from you in the future even if I
don't understand ever line of code. We may have lost many great groups
like 29A and RRLF but the scene, while it may expand and contract from
time to time, is far from dead. Among the expanse of generic crap out
here I am glad to see there are still gems of original thinking evolving
and worth studying. Greetz also to herm1t, MYSTiQUE, WarGame, SkyOut
& Ag_Raed (to many others to remember or list as well.) I hope all

Hi Luxilius - Yes, you are right. I suppose I should just ignore people
like that and bite my tongue rather than feed a troll or waste my time.
Unforunately, I get anger from posts such as that and when it really
gets under my skin I feel the need to purge the anger for my own peace
of mind. I know it is silly to be goaded by such comments but I have
anger issues. ;)
I know it is not my place to rant back on herm1t's site and he needs no
one to fight for him besides it is probably best to ignore some such
dumb remarks, in my opinion, however I got sucked into the fray by my
own passionate views on the matter. :-P Thx Luxilius for making a good
point. It wasn't worth bothering with, yes a part of me knew that going
into it. I just enjoyed venting my opinions and anger to much to stay
entirely objective and rational on the matter. Sorry herm1t for the

the most ignorant statement about the nature of security/AV related
research I have heard in several years. I have more logged proof that
shows just the opposite than I could list of count for you. But you have
a right to your opinions even if they are both unfounded and entirely
wrong. I see serious top notch AV companies visit my site all the time.
These Inlcude but are not limited to: Kaspersky, Dr.Web, Trend Micro, G
Data, BitDefender, F-Secure, Sophos and several others. I also have
witnessed many well known and small not so well known security companies
whom use my site's resources from apps to exploit samples and viruses to
PDF whitepapers and how-to docs for benevolent purposes. Your foolish
assumptions show only your ignorance. While I should not have bothered
to mock you as a troll as it serves no purpose at all feeding your
anger, you only prove you truly are one. Why come to VX Heavens to
complain that it's pointless if you have no interest in it and think
it's a bad thing? You seem to have to much free time to bitch about
things in your own short-sited ways. I am quite sure herm1t's site also
has even more to offer for AV professionals as they surely visit here to

use from a site like this. This site benefits virus writers, not the

Viruses and Malware surely won't be going away anytime soon,
but in your opinion it's better to show how to write them and
share them with the public.. Not the right angle to solve the problem.
That information will be used for malicious purposes only and not

Sorry for ranting at the troll on my last comment posted here. It just
pissed me off although it's really not my place to do it. :S
My appologies if those comments were 'out of line.'
More importantly, I wanted to mention I looked into files with names
that ended with *.var.zip and all I found got Error 500 after getting
one or two of them initially. Maybe not all but a few. I think there is
only very few such files with such names in total anyhow. I thought you
should know and might want to look into fixing this if/or when possible,
as you see fit. You can delete this and earlier similar post on the same
